In fact I think the Dr Brown's bottles being sold are still the BPA ones, I am trying to find out if they are BPA free or not. The bottles we have are the wide neck ones. I didn't have to have a receipt or anything! I exchanged them for Dr. Brown's! Check with your local BRU first though - although the order to do the exchange comes from corporate, I've read that some stores are telling their customers no anyway. No leaks! Yay! Also - Playtex will be releasing BPA-Free Ventaire bottles in Canada first (apparently they are already shipped) and in the US in the Fall!! I still smell formula, even after cleaning them. I have been using Dr. Brown's from the start and I switched to the new polypropylene bottles as soon as they became available.
