Sleep deprivation also makes it more difficult to concentrate and think clearly. Sleep deprived people are often irritable and unpleasant to be around.
Physical exercise is essential for the mind as well as the body. Working out three to four days a week, combining cardio and fitness training, will keep you trimmed and tone. You will have a lot more fun shopping for clothes that look good in. Feeling better about your appearance and, feeling healthier are more fit in general, is a great confidence booster.
