Just before dinner, take out the chicken and the broth from the cooker and boil it in a pan, until the broth becomes thick. In another pan, stir fry the vegetables like bell pepper, heads of bok choy, snow peas, garlic and scallions until they are ready for eating. Prepare the rice separately. Thereafter, serve the chicken dish with rice and garnish it with the left over broth.
